Low Tide at Carrow Point
“Some debts the sea collects in person.”
When a drowned man's boat drifts back into harbor twenty years late, the widow who buried him has one night to decide what she's willing to admit.
Tickets $22–$48 · Student & senior tickets $15 · Sold by Boxline

About the play
Carrow Point, a fishing town on the Maine coast, 1979. Twenty years after the Margaret Ann went down with all hands, her hull drifts back into the harbor on the lowest tide of the year: empty, intact and impossible.
Hester Penhallow buried her husband without a body. Now her son wants answers, the harbormaster wants the boat gone before the reporters arrive, and the town's oldest debts are rising with the water. Over one long night, the people of Carrow Point must decide which stories they can keep telling.
Mara Vell's new play is a ghost story without ghosts: taut, funny in the dark, and haunted by what small places choose to forget.
